Welcome! Meet Grayson Simmons, general contractor and owner of Lone Oak Builders. Grayson’s passion for custom home building stems from his early childhood. Son to one of Nashville’s top interior designers, Mark Simmons, Grayson has been around remodeling and construction since birth. This has instilled a natural sense of quality craftsmanship, the need for beauty and the power of transformation.
After graduating from Auburn University, Grayson and his soon to be wife, Abby, moved back home to Nashville and purchased what would be their first home together. They completely remodeled the outdated 1960s ranch into a fresh, family friendly home. This project sparked an idea to turn his passion of remodeling and construction into his career path. He founded Lone Oak Builders in 2016 and quickly hit the ground running. Having now completed projects from single bathroom renovations to million dollar custom builds, Grayson has the skill set to tackle a variety of construction projects of any scale. Although the majority of his projects have been in Nashville, Lone Oak Builders are quickly expanding into Brentwood and Franklin neighborhoods as well.
